MSA - Motor Sports Association
The MSA is recognised as the sole motor sport governing body for the United Kingdom by the world governing body, the Federation Internationale de L'Automobile (FIA).
As the governing body, the MSA is responsible for the governance and administration of all major forms of motor sports in the UK.
ANCC - The Association of Northern Car Clubs
The ANCC was the very first Regional Association to be formed back in 1947. Its area covers the Ordnance Survey Landranger Map numbers 97 to 107 the top half of 109, all 110 and 111 (but exc. map 120) and the forests on map 94.

The East Midlands Association of Motor Clubs is one of Fifteen Regional Associations created by the Motor Sports Association for the purpose of co-ordinating motor sport affairs in their respective areas and to act as a link between the MSA and Motor Clubs.
